政治学
主要内容:政治学是研究政治关系及其发展规律的科学,而政治关系是指人们在一定经济基础上,围绕特定利益,借助于社会公共权力来规定和实现特定权利的一种社会关系。本课程主要内容包括政治权力、政治权利、政治统治、政治管理、国家、政党、政治思想、政治心理、政治改革、政治民主等。
Political Science
Requisites: Administrative Management
Contents: Political science studies political relationship and the developing law of political relationship. Political relationship is a kind of social relationship that people utilize social public power to regulate and realize special right for special interest on the base of certain economy. The main contents of political science include political power, political right, politics govern, politics management, state, party, politics ideology and psychology, politics innovation and politics democracy.

主要内容:本课程主要介绍行政管理学总论、行政环境、行政职能、行政组织、行政人员、行政决策、行政运行、行政监督、行政法规、行政效能、行政方法、行政机关管理和行政改革等。通过本课程的学习,应了解行政运行的基本过程,掌握行政管理的基本方法,并能够把这些理论知识,同自己的工作实践结合起来,提高从事行政工作的质量。
Administrative Management

Contents: The course mainly introduces the general theory of administrative management, administrative environment, administrative functions, administrative organization, administrative personnel, administrative decisions, administrative operations, administrative supervision, administrative regulations, administrative effects, administrative methods, administrative organ management and administrative reform, etc. Through the study of this course, basic procedures should be understood, basic methods of administrative management should be grasped, and the aforementioned theoretical knowledge should be combined with practice to improve the quality of administrative work.

主要内容:本课程是一门研究政府如何制订和执行开发、利用与分配自然、社会资源的行为准则的学科。课程内容主要有:公共政策界定;公共政策的主体与客体;公共政策制定、公共政策执行;公共政策评估;中央与地方间的政策关系;公共政策分析的主要理论模式等。通过本课程的学习,使自学者比较系统地掌握有关公共政策的基本概念、理论、知识以及政策分析方法。
Public Policy

Contents: The course studies how the government formulates and implements the behavioral principles of how to formulate and carry out the development and use of natural and social resources. The main contents are: the definition of public policy, the subject and object of public policy, formulation of public policy, implementation of public policy, assessment of public policy, policy relations between the central government and the local government, the major theoretical models of public policy analysis. Through the study of this course, the learner is able to have a good command of the basic concepts, theories, knowledge and methods of analysis of public policy systematically.

Contents: The contents of this course mainly include: leadership and leaders, people being led, leadership functions and principles, leadership and decision, leader and selection of people, leaders and persuasion, leadership system, leader characteristics, leadership methods, leadership art, leadership style, performance assessment of leadership. Through the study of this course, basic theory and basic law of leadership science should be understood, basic methods of leadership should be grasped and those theoretical knowledge should be combined with practice so as to improve leadership performance.

主要内容:组织行为学是系统研究组织环境中所有成员的行为,以成员个人、群体、整个组织及外部环境的相互作用所形成的行为作研究对象的一门科学。它通过研究组织中的人的心理和行为表现及其规律,来提高管理者预测、引导和控制人的行为能力,以实现组织既定目标。组织行为学研究的主要内容包括:组织行为学的发展阶段与研究方法;个体心理与个体行为;群体心理与群体行为;领导心理与组织行为;组织文化与组织行为;组织变革等内容。

Contents: Organizational Behavior is a science that researches the behavior of all members in organizational environment. It makes individual, colony, whole organization and behavior formed of interaction of the external environment condition as the research object. It improves predict, lead and control capacity of manager in order to realize organizational objective set through studying the psychology,behavior displaying and law of the person in organization. The main contents of organizational behavior include: the developing stage to organizational behavior and research approach; individual psychology and individual behavior; colony's psychology and group behavior; leader’s psychology and organizational behavior; organizational culture and organizational behavior; organizational change etc.

主要内容:沟通是管理的重要组成部分,无论是计划的制定,工作的组织,人事的管理,部门间的协调,企业间的交流,都离不开有效的沟通。管理沟通课程的教学目的主要是使学生了解管理沟通的基础知识,掌握沟通的基本策略,熟悉常用的几种沟通形式,结合案例分析、课堂讨论掌握沟通的基本技巧,尤其是演讲、团队沟通等基本技能,为工作、生活中的有效沟通奠定基础。课程教学内容主要包括:管理沟通基础知识,沟通策略,倾听,写作,演讲,谈判,面谈、会议。
Management Communication

Contents: Communication is one of the most important parts of management. Effective communication is useful to decision-making, organizing, human resource management, department coordination and corporate communication. The teaching purpose of management communication is to help students know the basis of management communication, grasp the core communication strategies, and be familiar with the communication channels. Based on case analysis and discussion, the students can know the basic communication skills, especially the presentation skills, team communication skills, so as to establish the foundation of effective communication for future work and life. The main contents of this course include: introduction of management communication, communication strategy, listening, writing, making presentation, negotiation, interview, meeting and so on.

主要内容:秘书学是研究秘书工作和秘书活动的特性和规律的科学,是一门综合性的应用性学科。学生通过本课程的学习,初步掌握秘书学的基本理论和秘书工作的基本方法,为以后从事秘书工作打下牢固的专业基础。本课程的内容主要包括两个部分,第一部分为秘书学的基础知识和基本理论,内容包括秘书、秘书工作、秘书学的概念,秘书的历史发展,秘书组织机构,秘书人员的素养、智能、心理性格、性别特征、培训和鉴定,秘书的社会活动、角色意识、人际关系等。第二部分为秘书务实与基本技能,内容包括信息与调查研究,应用写作,文档管理,会议组织,信访工作,沟通与协调,以及办公室管理,通讯,督察,保密,接待,值班,日程安排等。

Contents: Secretarial science is a science that researches secretary’s work, the characteristics and rules of secretary activities. It is a synthetic and applied science. Student can master the basic theory of secretarial science and the basic method of secretary activities by learning the class so that student can be ready to do secretarial work in the future. There are 2 main contents. The first part is the basic knowledge and theory of secretarial science. It is including the concepts of secretary, secretary work, secretarial science; the secretary history development, the secretary organization; the quality, capacity, the mental character,gender character; how to train and identify; the secretary social activities; the secretary role consciousness; the relationship with other people. The second part is the basic skill of secretary. It is including: collecting and researching information; office-writing; file management; meeting organizing; the working for complaint letter and visit; communicating and harmonizing; office management, message, checking, secrecy, reception, watch, date-arrangement .

Contents: This course enables students to profoundly understand the development process of modern administrative management, and knowledge about administrative organization, administrative functions, administrative decisions, administrative leadership, personnel administration, public finance, and Chinese and western administrative reform, through the study of various subjects and case analysis, discussions and reference booking reading about administrative management. And students can grasp the general framework of administrative theories adequately on the basis of the aforementioned knowledge skills and knowledge.

Contents: This course studies typical political systems of the countries of the contemporary world. It mainly includes, the format, change and current situation of the western political system, including election system, political system, parliamentary system, government administrative system, judiciary system, and non-state entity political system. The strong points and weak points and influences of political systems of all countries will be analyzed and compared through the understanding of brief situation of political system of the western countries. Students will understand basic knowledge of western political system, have a good command of the principles of its framework, organization format, operation function, and analyze its influence on the development of society and political lives.

Contents: This course deeply and systematically illustrates the main contents of the management system of public servants of our country and all kinds of relevant regulations, such as the responsibilities and rights of civil servants, the classification of posts, examination and recruitment, evaluation, reward and punishment, promotion and demotion, training, exchange, resignation, dismissal and remuneration package etc. And it also carries out appropriate comparison between China and foreign countries and case analyses. Through the study of this course, students will have a good command of the definition, theories and regulation system of civil servants.
